Prenatal Bonding (BA)

Prenatal Bonding (BA) is tailored to your individual needs, typically starting around the 20th week of pregnancy and ending in the 38th/39th week. Program sessions are one hour long and held once a week until week 36, followed by 9 shorter sessions over a little over two weeks.

HypnoBirthing® Private Classes

This program consists of six HypnoBirthing® classes of 2.5 hours (15 hours total). You and your birth partner will build confidence and be ready to give birth in six sessions. The program includes the following: Book HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method, Audios for relaxation, Printed handouts, and Weekly check-in with Alicia. Begin learning during the 25th week of pregnancy.
