Hi, I am Alicia - I teach HypnoBirthing® the Mongan Method (the original method), which provides the information and tools you need to have a calm, joyous, and empowering birth experience.

This program consists of six HypnoBirthing classes of 2.5 hours (15 hours total).

You and your birth partner will build confidence and be ready to give birth in six sessions.
